I have a 1987 SS. The passenger side rear view mirror cable driven "joystick" on the dash no longer properly adjusts the outside rearview mirror. When I have it all the way to the left the mirror does not move far enough inward to allow me to safely position the mirror to see traffic on that side. I assume the cable is stretched or out of adjustment as I can get the cable to moce the mirror move outward but barelt inward. How can I fix this problem?
