6th Gen ('00-'05): oil pan gasket replacement
Not to be condescending but did you even try using google or youtube? This took 15 seconds to find.
All W bodies are more or less the same. This is a better video of a guy actually doing it.
I need to do mine as well, but you need an engine hoist to do it. Or you can try to drop the whole engine and transmission subframe but then you need to lift the engine to get to the oil pan
This video took longer to find, he drops everything. Ghetto but works.

You need an engine support bar, you can pick one up for about $60. The bolts between the oil pan and tranny are a pain but you can do it without the special tool it all's for. And a manual. Time consuming but not the most difficult thing in the world. You will understand why the shop quoted you so much for a freaking oil pan gasket though
