Default O5 monte carlo randomly stalling.

Hi, I recently purchased a 2005 monte carlo tony stewart edition.
It's been a great car. and with just little over 100k on the engine.

I'm having a serious issue with this car I can not for the life of me pinpoint.

We recently did a much needed tune up, plugs & wires, air filter. Changed the oil.
SHortly after we did the tune up, the car started randomly stalling out, my RPM's would drop to about 1000 and it would die right after that.
Before the tune up, none of this crap was happening.

I took it to my mechanic and we were getting codes for the TPS sensor and MAF sensor.
I replaced both of them, shortly after that the random dying started happening again.
It was suggested that I also replaced my O2 sensors and fuel filter, I have done that as well.

Recently I took it into the chevy dealership and hoping maybe they could identify the problem, nope. The mechanic not only told me "Nothing wrong with it DUDE" but decided it was a good day to laugh in my face as well like I was wasting his precious time.

I'm at a complete loss as to what is going on.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Not throwing any engine codes except one's for MAF and the TPS sensor, both of which I have replaced. This morning, it was idling rough and when I pushed the gas, it would not accelerate till it hit about 3000rpm's, I went to oreilly's and cleared the codes and it was back to normal.

See if the codes come back. I believe both of them sensors are a 5 volt reference along with many other sensors. I hate a 5 volt reference issue that was messing with my tps, fuel level sender, Iac. I ended up needing a new pcm

I know I keep saying this, but I remember being the one posting about the stalling and dying...but what MAF did you put on it??

For me, the AC/Delco stopped the stalling issues. It never read bad on codes and showed ok when test (the Dorman that was on it originally) but once we swapped it to the AC/Delco, it hasn't stalled since.
