no power to starter

no power to starter
I have a 2000 monte carlo.. i turn the key nothing. So i changed the starter, igintion switch and chech the battery. So i took a jumper wire and touch both hot post on starter. And ithe car turns over. After that its start all day. But once its sits over night it does the same thing... can some one please help me
