new monte carlo ss supercharged 05
hey guys i just wanted to tell all of you i picked up my new monte today my 04 was goo to me till she met her end but now i have a shiny new one with a supercharger and thing i should know going form the na 3800 to the supercharged one the same blue as the jeff gordon edition with the flame package looks awesome i put my cold air from my old car in the new one and i have to say i love that blower whine so any recommendations on exhaust or set ups and first mods and i must say it feels so good to be back in a monte

doing a photo shoot tomorrow and i want lightly mod it i think im going to a local exhast shop to get a price on a res delete and there mufflers are modeled after flowmaster and i was think a 3.4 pully eventually after the exhaust and u bend delete and kr ? knock? and for exhaust i wan a deeper tone and a bit louder

did you actually get any gains from the res delete i my just throw mufflers on it im not sure right now

On my non-super charged Monte, I did notice a little extra pep after I ditched the res.
I admit, I have not done a lot of homework on best mods for a L67. But I believe to pulley drop you need more then just a u-bend and res delete. My advice would be to start reading the thread in the link below:

I did notice a little pep, its seemed mostly in the 60-100 range not the 0-60. But I'm comparing it with my subs in the back now which I definantly feel so if I'm keeping the same 0-60 and feeling improvement 60-100 than its gotta be giving me something.
