I agree with Chibi's idea about the injector. It could be a clogged injector, bad wiring connection on the injector or even a bad o-ring causing a vac leak around the injector.
And it is possible to have an injector not firing properly and only get a P0303 code (I dealt with a car that had a mis-fire on cylinder #3, all diagnostics pointed to the injector, turns out the connector was not firmly plugged in, fixed that and no more issue).
You and also inspect plug wires for damage, possibly trade the plug wire to the problem cylinder with a known good one, see if the problem follows.

Well my cooling fans are doing the same thing ive read about others having same issue , passenger side fan would not run at all and kept popping the fuse (fan count 1 ) allready checked all my grounds and replaced the relay ...still same thing. Now the driverside fan (a/c fan) barely running and making lot of noise like a bearing or something.
The misfire issue has got me stumped as well ...injector o-rings were done last year when i did UIM gasket, connector is good, guess it could be clogged but i run lucas injector cleaner in there all the time. Car getting me pretty aggravated

Bad BCM will usually mess with your electronics/gauges/prevent car from starting.
Bad PCM would stall you out, throw codes about connection to PCM.
Have you done any trouble-shooting at all on the injector? They are a piece of cake to move around. Just swap number 3 with number 5 and see if the code moves to p0305. Try not to move it to the 6, since that's the same coil pack.

No havent yet messed with injector swapping ...gonna try get some work done on her this weekend , replacing the fans , throw on some new plug wires even tho their not very old... If that doesn't do it gonna swap em around .
stunna.
Just a possibility.
I think Beach Bum Mike posted this video last weak.
The guy replaced the LIM gasket over torqued the bolts and cracked the LIM and UIM.
This was a new one for me.

You wouldn't necessarily see a leak. One way to test is checking fuel trim values with a scan tool capable of reading them. The values should be close to 0% short term and 0% long term.
