Default need help ASAP!!!! name this connector....

basically had the coolant elbow failure this morning along with trashed intake gaskets.

basically tore down everything to the heads and put in new aluminum elbows and intake gaskets. the old ones were trashed.

well, after getting it all back together (still need to top off coolant and oil change and put dog bones back on), i found 1 single connector that i wasnt able to find a location for it to plug into.

its on the backside of the engine near the mount that the engine cover slides into and the alt. it appears to have not been plugged in for a LONG LONG time. very dirty, dusty, and the metal in the connector doesnt look like its made contact in a very long time.

i do not have any engine codes and get 30+mpg on the highway, and about 20mpg in town. something tells me that gm wouldnt have a lone connector with no place to go.

please excuse the crap cell phone pic. my nice one took a crap the other day.

the wires appear to be pink/pink or orangish/orangish. cant really tell.

It's blue right? That's an extra connector that some cars use and some don't.

Yeah, it's for a CA smog pump that some cars got and some cars didn't.

If you didn't get it, you are lucky, it's a huge PITA to reach anything behind the engine with that there. (Trust me... I have it )
