Default In need of Advice [95 Z34]

I came across a Black 95 Z34 for $500 last year. I have been slowly working on it. The next thing I'm looking into getting worked out is the condition of the dash. It has shrunk in a few areas including right above the gauge cluster and the covering for the passenger airbag has shriveled up quite a lot as well. Trying to figure out if this can be fixed or if there's anything i can even do.

Check at the Salvage yards and see if you van find one there to replace it. Nice thing about it is you can see all the details of the Salvaged Cars. Helps a bunch.
