How did she run? Any loss in power? LOUD? If so how loud was she? I love loud pipes. Still I would love to hear my self think. At this point I'm running a resonator with no mufflers. Sounds pretty sweet. Still I would like more noise upfront with out going through headers and a complete new exauhst system.

 

Put on a thrush glasspacl andthe it'll be louder, and smoothher sounding at the same time

 

I didn't want my Monte to be too loud, so I just replaced the resonator with a Magnaflow glass pack when I replaced my downpipe and left the stock mufflers in place at the rear. It is slightly louder than stock and has a nice, mellow tone to it at idle. It purrs nicely under normal acceleration and at cruise speed. No drone at cruise either. If I get into the throttle a little harder it does get a bit louder, but not obnoxiously loud. It has a deep, authoritative tone to it that makes people wonder what I have under the hood.
