Default Monte overheating need help

Hello everyone I have a 2001 Monte Carlo ss and I just can't figure out what's going on. One day I was waiting in the parking lot for my girlfriend and I looked at the gauges and I was about to overheat. Do since that time I've replaced the water pump and the stat and did a coolant flush. The problem seems to be getting worse adding water everyday and it seems Luke it's just vanishing no poodles or visible leaks any ideas would help

Thanks

Internal leak.

From info you give probably head gasket but could be intake gasket.

Check oil for "milk shake" look to it.

Perform cooling system pressure test.

How much are you having to add?

Does your exhaust system show extra moisture?.

Is there bubbles small ones coming up through the coolant o/flow tank?

Is it o/heating due to being low or after being topped off too?
