Was it running rough before you cleaned theMAF? Any codes? Any symptoms leading up to the current state?

Cleaned the maf and throttle body 2 weeks ago. It has had a hesitation problem that started at that time. Its not throwing any codes. Today went out and it started but my rpm"s are going from 700 to 1100 up and down when idle's.

I had a stalling problem on my '02 and it turned out to be the cam shaft sensor.
