it might. personally i would go and scrounge around the junkyards and swapmeets for a decent GM 10 or 12 bolt rear. check the width of the rear and where everything suspention wise bolts up, and if it matches where the factory rear is. if the truck has leaf springs and the car has coil springs it will probibly need to be modified.
