4th Gen ('81-'88): monte carlo hood bolts

Default monte carlo hood bolts
to try and save someone else as much aggravation as me today, the hood bolts & 2 of the 3 hinge bolts are m8x1.25x20, the 3rd hinge bolt is m8x1.25x20 w/ a 3mm shoulder
