Default Metal brake lines

Hello to all fellow MC owners.
I have a 2001 SS with four wheel disc anti lock brakes. Recently, one of the rear metal lines near the fuel filter developed a pinhole leak due to surface rust. I had to cut out that section of line and replace it using compression fittings. While I'm not overly fond of this type of repair I did what I had to do to get my car back on the road. I would like to find original replacements but for some reason it is extremely difficult to find GM part numbers. I did find a red tag on the section that was cut out. The number (10404208) did not glean any hits. If there is anyone out there that has or knows where I can get GM part numbers I would be very grateful. Right now my only recourse would be to scour the salvage yards and hope for the best. The sections of line I need are the rear hard metal lines that connect just in front of the fuel filter. One for each side.
Thank You to all who can help.
Michael

Try one of the online GM parts suppliers that have visual catalogs:
