Unfortunately, it is what it is, I bet that if a public poll were made availble,a very large percentageof the car buying public wouldexpress huge doubtsconcerning theintegrity of dealerships and dealership service deparments.

I definately agree with you there. Once outside the warranty I sure as hell wouldn't bring my car to a dealership. They don't nickname them Stealerships for nothing. Under a warranty case their hands are tied. I just read on here that one was going to charge an old lady$1,200 for a brake job. WTF!!!!
