Exclamation Low Beams inop, have high beams...

I have a 2002 SS, I have a situation with the low beams that they are currently inoperative, it started several months ago when I was out with my fiance and after the car was started the low beams did not kick on but I was able to use my high beams to get back home with. What I had noticed was that at first the low beams would come on briefly then go off in a cycling pattern increasing the amount of time the low beams would stay on then they would shut off. Now they wont even come on at all. I have 55w 6K HIDs and to be sure that wasn't the issue I replaced them with the OEM bulbs and still no resolution. The car has a new multifunction switch plus a new ignition and hazard switch. I checked the ground at the radiator support and the headlight relay was checked by swapping with the horn relay. There is power to both harnesses for the headlamp housings and the voltage is reduced for the DRL... now I do have a reading of 207.9ohms at the ground connection in the harness to the body... the BCM was accessed and the scanner doesn't show any codes and going through the functions all switches and relays appear to be functioning...
I'm stumped folks...

I had the same problem. I replaced the switch, (left of the steering wheel). Fixed the problem. While changing it only one side worked and it turned out to be that I blew a fuse while changing it.

If you get the part through a mechanic it will be 150, but I got mine from a site for 50 and it works perfectly just Google it.
