Default Loose steering wheel

Does anyone know what I need to fix my steering wheel. It has play in it. I’ve changed out my rack & pinion. What else could it be?

Several options between the steeeing wheel and the tires. Rather than replacing more parts, you really should diagnose the exact issue first. Get it up on jack stands and have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you look at the various components one by one. May need to put some resistance on a wheel/tire so you can see what is moving while the tire is not.

Most common culprit (although it almost cerainly would've been changed with the rack) is the inner / outer tie rods. But you just need to step through each connection from end to end.

Looking at the video you shared, it makes me wonder if the intermediate steering shaft (ISS) is related. As bumpin' said, you will have to do some investigating. I would start looking at the ISS, make sure it is properly tightened on both ends and there is nothing "weird " with it.
