Nope it was just 2 head light bulbs, when i had the fuse in the auto lights functioned correctly

 

Lol yours was prob made by the new guy at the plant didnt know which wire went where

I have a 1997 monte LS and my DRl are the same? my regular headlights come on at normal power. not my high beams at 50%

 

Maybe it's something with this particular year(97) With the 6th gens 2000-2004 use high beams at 50%, but the 2005 uses the low beam for a drl.

 

i dont have DRL just auto on off

 

my 1997 Ls has DRL and auto lights. I took the fuse out of the passenger side for DRL now they come on only with the headlight switch (I have HID in the lowbeams) and didn't want them on all day.. Im having a issue now with an aftermarket alarm. when I bought the car it only had a drivers key and 1 key fob (which will not work) I cant lock my doors cause no way to unlock them!! I have pulled the fuse to the alarm cause for some reason the siren just keeps going and going....

 

I had a 99 ls a few years ago and the low beams were the DRLs and the high beams were just high beams. My Z34 doesnt even have DRLs or autolights
