l67 idler pulley question....

i'm finishing up my top swap and i am running into a situation where i am not sure if i am missing a part or not....
on the 3.5" idler pulley, #9 in the picture i attached, i didnt receive the actually pulley on the parts i got, so i bought one from the parts store. i have the stud that goes into the block, however, the inside diameter of the pulley is far larger than the outside diameter of the stud. i have the spacer piece that the pulley sits on, but no nut.
i ASSUME that the missing nut is flared on the end, which would cause the pulley not to want to wobble loose due to the spacing issue noted above.
or...
is there a separate spacer that fills that void between the ID of the pulley and the OD of the stud?

its just a ~6.5" stud and a spacer piece that is 4" long. stud is threaded on each end with a non threaded area in the middle. one end goes into the block, bottom left hole of the a/c bracket. l67 engine came out of a 99 buick ultra and i know there are some engine mount differences and i think this may be one of them.
both ends are threaded m12x1.75
my hunch is that the Ultra does not have this particular pulley as the engine mount is right there....
its the bottom stud. you can see the spacer in the diagram.
it mounts exactly where, i believe, the #9 pulley is here....
i can only assume that they did not include that pulley mount due to the engine mount.
though i think i have a work around since i dont have the W body bracket....
mount stud in hole through a/c bracket
1/2' stainless washer to avoid gouging the aluminum bracket
3/8" black pipe cut to appropriate length
1/2" stainless washer to "seat" the bearing edge, rather than directly to pipe
1/2" ID 5/8" OD nylon insert into ID of bearing
M12x1.75 flared nut onto stud
total cost, $6 and an hour at Lowe's

Lil pro tip i learned on my buddies gtp, use an extra #3 pulley(tensioner on alternater) and use it instead of the #8 pulley. Theyre the same size and offset. The tensioner pulley is steel. The stock #8 isplastic and likes to shred itself when it tries to sieze. Metal one is also friendlier to the sc belt than the plastic
