Default L67 Fuel Injectors

Well, I bought six fuel injectors from a questionable source recently for the top swap that I hope to do before Christmas, but anyways after testing them they all came out to between 14.8-15.0 ohms, I was wondering if that was within the normal range of resistance. I was unable to find it online, and was a little worried that the injectors I bought weren't any good. Thanks for any and all input and guidance!

The 3800 engine uses high-impedance 12 ohm injectors, and the test spec is 11.80 to 12.60 ohms.

Oh man, looks like I will have to buy new ones. That is a bummer, I was excited because they were consistent but then I was like wait, 14.8-15.0 seems a bit high.

Can you post a pic of the injectors? You can tell if they're L67 injectors by looking at them.

Well, I'm starting to feel really stupid. Here they are.

Okay, here's the deal on those injectors. They came from a Series I L67, not a Series II L67. IIRC, they're 28# injectors (vs 33# for S2 L67's).

Series II L67 injectors look like this:

Oh boy, can I still use the fuel rail or cylinder heads from a series 1?

Don't go that route. The injectors are the cheapest part of the setup and for a top swapped L36 the smallest injectors you will want will be 33# injectors. I've seen S2 L67 injectors go for $35/shipped on clubgp before and at most $50/shipped. Just buy another set. Also, ZZP buys back L67 injectors for $10/each. You could contact them to see if they would buy your S1 L67 injectors. The worst they will say is no.

Unfortunately I think I already have the S1 heads and rail so I was just wondering if they would work or if I would have to scrap them. Man, this sucks. There is a poster on Craigslist with a decent deal I'll have to look into I guess. I just wasn't sure if the rail or heads were the same from S1 to S2.

Can you post a pic of the heads and rail? I don't think they will work though.
