I've posted some pics so for pulley sizes I've seen 3.4", 3.25", and 3.0". What's the smallest size you can upgrade to with an all stock motor?

What do you mean all stock motor? Internals but using bolt-ons?

You CAN'T lower the pulley size until you modify, or you will knock and break pistons

Oh okay, that's why I ask first I'll just leave those alone then because all I'll be running is bolt-ons. I'm about to do intake/headers/exhaust/plugs/coils, can you do an intercooler mod or anything else without modding internally?

Intake + Headers + colder plugs with a tune could allow you to run a 3.6 pulley without knock.

Don't change the coil packs, I assume you are going to get MSD ones and they are terrible. Stick with stock coils and stock wires.

I'll, do that. What're good plugs to use with the stock coils and such? I did read into it a little bit, people just get off topic really quick, lol. Who/where is a good place to find a tune for the PCM? I had a DiabloTune on my Cobalt S/C and loved it. But the S/C on the Monte is just so quiet, don't like it.

AC Delco plugs work best. When it comes to plugs and wires, stock is best for these cars.

I'm guessing the Iridiums are the ones of choice? Also, I'm huge into Borla but I want the exhaust/headers that's best for the car.

Use copper plugs. Autolite 605's would do well for your application. The more mods you do, lower pulley size, use colder plugs. I use Autolite 104's.
