Default I need to rebuild a distributer

I am in S Fla, ft laud, and looking for a competent grease monkey to do the work at my location. Any leads?

First, it's distributor. Second, calling a mechanic a grease monkey won't get you far around here. Third, just buy a rebuilt one.

Default I want to use the one I have

I guess I mean't to imply old school mechanic that worked wonders with a stroker performance ride. I can do most things myself but the distributer looks tricky. These car shops charge alot and only do passable work if that.

You can buy a Cardone reman for your car for $65. With labor rates as they are I don't think you can beat that. There are also a lot of Advanced Auto 20% off coupons floating around. That is the route I would take.

I am looking at a $160 rebuild kit, high performance. Would still prefer side work for a good mechanic.
