Yes the picture came through and I've seen those and the toggle-type lighted switches...I've been using the same switch since I put the HID's on there...can you tell me how you wired yours? Thanks.

Terminal 30 provides power to the ballasts through terminal 87 when the trigger circuit (85/86) is energized. To complete the circuit you need to ground the ballasts according to the manufacturer's recommendation. This is usually directly to the frame/body but check your info about the ballasts first. If it doesn't work after that you need to go back and double check your work and the proper operation of the switch/relay/ballasts.

I just ran the power straight from the battery to the switch, but I put it on a fuse, grounded the switch in the cabin and ran power from the switch all the way to the HIDs. I then grounded the HIDs by themselves on the chassis.

You don't have the ground from the HIDs coming back to the switch do you?

Are you switching the lamps BEFORE or AFTER the ballast? I can see switches going bad with 23,000 volts going through them.. But as for the wiring, use 12 or 14 gauge wire all the way around, and consider using wire loom for extended lengths. And the schematic isn't supposed to say 35KV, it's supposed to say 23KV. I was thinking 35W.
