How do I adjust my hood latch? I have to pull the lever with so much force and often times more than once.

Try lubing everything up

 

I prob should say I have to pull the lever back about 90% or so for it catches. I lubed all of it late fall. It acts like it needs the cable readjusted.

 

Did anyone ever answer this for you? I have a similar problem the cable moves feely when the hood is open. When closed it will not budge. I have replaced the hood latch assembly but the problem persists. Thank you.

 

I haven't heard anymore. I will be taking to my mechanic to do some work. Ill have him check that also. I won't be going until mid-late september.
