Default HOLY MOVEMENT BATMAn!!

well while on lunch was trying to pinpoint my leak as i noticed some coolant by the healight and such, i notice how much the motor moved!

I don't know if this is a normal amount of movement but i don't feel it is,i think it may be time to replace the bushings!

Click on pic it's really a video!

i think it's time to upgrade to poly

if you have purchased them feel free to post a link and what you thought about them

That's about normal movement for a Monte with stock bushings. They designed it that way in order to reduce vibrations throughout the car. I have ZZP upper motor mounts and they keep that engine almost completely still, however it makes you feel a lot more shaking inside. I don't really care, but others do. Anyways, people seem to like Intense's for a compromise. It's really the only product from Intense that I recommend, lol. So here's the link:

I flipped my bushings so I don't have that much movement. If you turn them 90 degrees inside the engine mount you'll find there isn't as much play, at least there isn't in mine. I plan on going with poly mounts from WBodyStore or Intense.

If you decided to flip them be careful, they're known to rip sometimes.

Those bushing must be pretty abused lol.. Mine never seemed to move that much but idk what makes them wear out besides a lot of use.

The front rad mounts don't supprise me for movement, it's the good 1/4in or more it moves on the engine side that bugs me
