Default Hole drilled into air pump?

The repair shop says I have water in the air pump and that's causing the CEL to come on.
They are going to replace it.

I read somewhere in this forum to drill a hole (somewhere) into the air pump to allow water to drain out.

Does anyone have a pic, or know exactly "where" to put such a hole?

Thanks!
JC

I know I got a California emissions,, I always get a p0440 code for the secondary air pump.... I don't know what I can do to fix it, but its not needed, wish I can just delete the code
