6th Gen ('00-'05): Hid kits

ive decided to get a hid kit but i was wondering how hard is it to install, and is there a certain kind that is good for our cars (6th gen monte). i was also wondering is there a video for this because that would make me feel alot better. thanks and please let me know something

I installed Xentec HIDs on mine. It's not too hard and its made alot easier to do because you can take your headlight completely out by removing two clips and unplugging the back connection. Took me an hour. Check out my profile to see how they look!

Not hard really, just unplug your current bulbs and plug in the wiring for the HID setup. Most people here recommend DDM tuning, that's what I have in my 5th gen.

Hint of blue? Either go with Xentec 8000k for a very slight hint if noticeable blue, or 10000k for a bluer look. I currently have 8000k for high beams and 6000k for low beams. 6000k is too white. Im changing them to 10000k and high beams to 30000k deep blue so the road signs will light up bright blue <3
