Bank 1 knock sensor is located on the radiator side of the engine block below the exhaust manifold. You'll need to drain the cooling system to replace it. Then support the car on jack stands, unplug the wiring harness then remove the sensor.

Did you get a code for it? Have you checked the wiring harness? With an ohmmeter jumped across the terminals of the harness (or terminal and ground on 1 wire sensors) you should have a reading of approx. 100K ohms. If not, trace the wiring back to the PCM checking for damage. If the wiring is good then the problem is in the PCM, not the sensor.

To test the sensor backprobe the terminal (blue + / gray -) or (blue + / ground) with a volt meter set to AC. Start the engine and check for a voltage signal. The signal should increase as you accelerate. If no voltage is present or doesn't increase when you accelerate replace the sensor.
