I suddenly have no heat coming out of the floor vent. I can hear the fan running. The only position that seems to do anything is blowing air out the dash vents. The air isn't as warm as it should be and air flow is much lower than normal. Is this the blend door control motor or some other problem?

I would greatly appreciate any help. They are calling for -7 degrees Tuesday morning. Last Thursday morning after an hour drive the car wasn't warm enough to drive without gloves.
