Heater & A/C Panel Light Out
Someone told me they aren't likely replaceable that I just need the whole new faceplate. On top of the light out I have a problem where on setting #3 it is super finicky, like not in the exact right spot it stops work...
Do I need the whole new thing, in which case what part is that?

The bulbs inside all of the dash parts are "non-serviceable".
Usually that means that they're either soldered into the board inside, or are inside of a sealed part that a dealer would just replace (as in they'd replace the whole climate control interface).
It can be done, but not easily. There are a few places around that will do it (bbengineer.com being one of them) and that will also do LED replacements of the bulbs if you wish (you can change the back-lighting color that way).

There is a thread floating around here that goes into detail about fixing the climate control bulbs - you need to be good at soldering and have a soldering iron and sucker. The bulb part number from radio shack is 272-1154 and you will need, if I recall correctly, 6 bulbs if you want to replace all of them.

changing your dash lights to L.E.D.'S HOW TO ARTICLE
Found it. It was in the sixth gen "How-To" section.
Hope this helps.

I've seen a few of these for sale here before. Maybe try looking in the PRIVATE For Sale/Trade Classifieds section and see if you can find one. It may be a long shot but if you can save some cash it will be worth it.
