Did you want to replace the dimmer switch?

for some stange reason the dimmer switch came with the master head light switch. so i consider that to be a bonus i got it from the dealer and it was 80 dallers. the sales guy said the reason why they sell both as one unit is because it is a kit. but he said when i replaced the one on my monty the dimmer switch gets its current from the head light switch? thats what he said and it cured mt head light problem and that was more than my silverado switch. because of the fog light switch and head lights are a combo
