Heater Blower Motor

Default Heater Blower Motor

My dad has a 2002 Monte Carlo LS. Today we noticed the heater fan quit working? Its not the fuse. I already checked. Are replacements expensive and are they hard to replace?
If they're located on the passenger side of the dash, I think I know what happened. It appears to have the common passenger side cabin air filter area water leak. I wish I had known...

If you pull the filter, you will be looking right at the blower motor. Perfect place to have water dump into it. Good luck!

Thank you very much! Sounds pretty simple. I'm guessing the blower motor got flooded.
