Headlights
I recently had this problem and the short answer is that I had to replace the multifunction turn signal switch that I replaced 5 years ago, even though I haven't driven the car much for the past 2 years. I replaced the headlight switch with a good used unit after checking bulbs and grounds, no joy. I replaced the headlight relay (which is IN the dash on the BACK of the driver fuse panel - had to use a long punch to knock it loose to get it out, no hand space), no success - it was good. I replaced the ambient light sensor on the top front of the dash - very little slack in the wire, that didn't work. So last in - first out, replaced the multifunction switch and all is working again.
