Default Headlight aiming troubles

Hey everyone, I want your advice on this.

My driver's side headlight is not aimed properly at all. It shines up in the tree tops rather than down the road. And I'm to the point where I'm sick of it. I've actually been to that point for a while. I got the right sized socket to turn the adjustment bolts. And as soon as I started to turn the ratchet, the tip of the bolt snapped off into my socket. Go figure. They are very rusted bolts but I soaked them thoroughly with WD-40 and penetrating oil to try to loosen them up, but had no luck. So now I'm stuck with the same poorly aimed headlight and a broken bolt. And I would really like to get this resolved so I can see better at night. I'm on a swing shift at work so I do a lot of night driving and really need the visibility.

Am I better off just replacing the lens and starting new? And if so where will I find a lens that's going to spread the light properly and not like a flashlight on the road?

Thanks everyone! Happy Holidays!

Are you sure the bulb is actually in the socket correctly?

If you do buy a new lens, make sure you get genuine gm parts. I paid $50 for a pair off ebay and they just splatter the road with light, no pattern what so ever and the one didn't even fit and the bracket snapped. junkyard be your best buy, monte carlo or a lumina.
