I've searched the MCF & also my search engines for the answer to your problem with no luck..

I suggest that you contact the manufacturer that made them, or the company that sold them to you...

Check back on your thread to see if any of expert member's may be able to help & make a post...

Good Luck

Did you seat the actual bulb incorrectly on the high beams? Sometimes people miss a tab, or they don't push the bulb in all the way before they turn it.

I checked the both bulbs, they are in correctly. The drivers side is higher that the low beams and the passenger side is lower than the low beams. The high beams are supposed to be higher than the low beams correct?

I believe they are the same height, just the low beams have the reflector in front of them.
