Default Having issues with my car and need help

i have a 2003 monte carlo and i am having a few issues with in and need some help figuring out whats wrong. when you go to start the car you have to jump it first then it starts and runs but when you use the turn signals it makes a loud buzzing sound and the dash resets or the car stalls out i have changed the battery, alternator, and the safety control switch and now am out of ideas and need some help thank you.

Could be a BCM issue, these are pretty much a dealer only item and are a tad pricey, but when they go, they cause some pretty weird electrical gremlins.

I agree with ohara that the problem may be the BCM. Most code readers should be able to confirm that and show a DTC starting with a "B" like B1000. If that's the problem, you can buy a OEM (ACDelco) replacement BCM on eBay for about $120 instead of the $300 + labor the dealer will charge. You will need to find someone with a GM Tech 2 scanner to program the new BCM that takes about 15 minutes to install + another 15 to program. Then do a "Security Re-learn Prcedure" that takes another 35 minutes.

I would also double-check all of the grounds. Could be a faulty ground issue. There is a major ground right near the PCM, start with that one.

hey everyone just an update on my car i checked the grounds and found that the ignition switch was going bad and sending to much power burning out the crank shaft sensor and the cam shaft sensor so i changed all 3 and now my car is starting up and working better then ever so thanks for all your help

no problem i have a second one that's an 2003 SS that i'm about to start working on now so i may have a few questions if i run into any problems.
