Default Good old tranny issue

Ok today the monty started hesitating when at cruising speeds around 1500 to 2000rpms only if i let off a bit and then resumed pedal pressure. And then the dreaded check engine light comes on and I'm due for inspection tomorrow. Lol....
Haven't thrown the reader on yet but am I safe to guess the solenoid are shot?

Did you replace it with the AC Delco or what brand?Did your check engine light go away right away or after a few days of driving? Mine just came on today as well👎🏼 But like you said least it’s not super expensive haha.
