fuel pressures
on my 2004 the pressures should be key on engine off 59-65 psi and engine running 55 psi. More important than the pressure itself, look for a fluttering in the needle. If you have a lot of flutter replace it with an oem part before you get stranded. It is going to happen sooner than later.

Does anyone know what the correct fuel pressure for the L67 supercharged 3800 (2004 model) is supposed to be? My dealer said 48-54 psi, but I read about 41-42 psi at idle. My car still seems to run great, but that just seems too low for comfort.... Does it need a fuel pressure regulator, perhaps? Its got 147k miles......

Well today I put a fuel pressure tester on it again. Still read about 40 psi. Took out the fuel pressure regulator, and used compressed air and blew out anything down the fuel rail. I installed a new regulator (BWD 22855) ($41.99 at Advance Auto Parts) and then checked the fuel pressure and now it reads 52 psi. I figured thats what it was. I am EXTREMELY happy. Makes a big difference at high RPMs. I highly recommend changing it if you have an L67 with over 100k miles.
