6th Gen ('00-'05): Front end vibration when turning left
Sounds like your making great progress gtr. Be sure to check the suspension out while you have it apart for the CV....stabilizer bar links for sure, tie rod ends, control arm bushings, ball joint, and wheel hub.
As for the bumper dent, I had one in the front bumper that magically popped itself out after 2 years. It was in the front corner. Something you might want to try though is the heat and cool trick to shrink the plastic. I've never done it, but have seen videos on Youtube of it working on metal. Just seems like it should work on plastic too. Here's a video of the technique:
As for the paint, there's no substitute for a professional spray job, but if you want to save money and still have it look good, here's a link to an online site that sells good aerosol paint and clear coat. I've used it for bumper and mirror touch-ups and it matches perfectly. Takes a couple weeks to ship because they mix each can as a custom order. Here's the link: Touch Up Paint and Accessories | AutomotiveTouchup

Anytime you put a car in the ditch if I read that correctly it is going to mess up the normal function of the Car.
Something is likely bent or cracked make sure you check that for safety.
Another cause of vibration is when you over torque the lugs on the wheels. This will always be an issue, to watch for.
You may have already checked the tires for separation of the bead and or the thread.
Tires unless new are always something to check very closely.
Hope you find a solution.
