Default Engine bogs down and car lunges forward when decelerating

I've had an intermittent problem with my 07 Monte LS for a while and the dealer can't figure it out. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. When I'm decelerating the engine will bog down to 500 rpm (or less) and after a few seconds the car will jolt forward. Here are a few details

Engine will bog down when goingfrom accelerating to decelerating at any speed less than 30-35mph (Ex, if it let myfoot off of the accelerator at 30 mph, the engine will almost immediatelybog down)

Engine will bog down and car willlunge forward when driving around with the shifter in first gear

If I shift into neutral when the engine starts bogging down to 500 rpm, the engine will stay at 500 rpm for afew seconds then jolt up to 1500 rpm (foot off of accelerator)

Manual shifting between gearsworks fine – no abnormal hesitation.

This is an intermittent problemthat seems to be worse when the temp is between 20-50deg f. I have never gotten it to act up when I've taken it in to a shop

No engine trouble codes

Just replaced the transmissionpressure control solenoid, I also had the all too common hesitation followed byhard jolt during acceleration problem – I had hoped this would fix both issues

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
