Engine Bay Wire Tuck

Engine Bay Wire Tuck
Has anyone done a wire tuck/shave on their engine bay? I am sometimes ashamed to show off my engine because of the rats nest of wires under there. What would be a good starting point to begin the process? Is there anything that I should look out for? Thank you for the help!

Lol. I wish it were that easy. Even if bundled together, there is no place to put the wires. I am not afraid to do my own work. Just kind of overwhelmed by the enormity of the job. I.e. I don't know if some of the sensors are so sensitive to the resistance of the wires that cutting them and rerouting them would throw the readings off. If only some of the sensors are fragile in this way, which ones would they be? I don't want to screw up my car for the cosmetic value, but I would love to show off the work that I have done. Thank you Dale.

2006 MC SS... I've done a little work to it though. The main problem that I have is on the passenger side. I would like to make the turbo look better also. Underneath the engine cover is UGLY. The first two pics were taken with a camera. The third and fourth were taken with my cell while I was waiting for the camera to connect with the computer.

I think that I did that right... I had to have my wife help me. Popcorn King tried to help me when I first got here, but I wasn't able to absorb his helpful info.
