Update to my issues. Turn key to on, or start car. Blinkers dont blink, the hazzard relay buzzes. Airbag light is on. Driving, around, trying the turn signal, generally after several miles, the gauges go to 0 and then things work. Also was a worsening starting issue. Sometimes it would only start in neutral. Almost stranded a couple times as nothing would work. Checked grounds, fuses, wires. Lots of head scratching and frustration. Other symptom was half the fuses in the drivers fuse box were at 6 volts, the systems not working. The other half of the box had 12 volts. Took a swing with my best uneducated guess. Ignition switch. Fixed all problems. Key moves tightly now, I suppose like a new car?? I wouldn't know. But glad that I don't chase things. You can spend a lot of money replacing good parts. Just wanted to give the resolution. Appreciate the couple people who tried to help.
