Default Electrical Issues Interior/Exterior

Ok, My dashboard lights never work. Except for the Seat Belt, Check engine, low fuel, change oil, and check coolant. My guages work but dont light up. Sometimes my radio, trip/miles display, and my digital display by the rear view mirror gets really dim to the point that I dont know if its on. My gas guage is also broke. When I have gas, its on full even when its not full. when my fuel light comes on it goes straight to empty. I just got my oil changed and my coolant changed but those light keep popping up as if they need to be checked. My turn signals work sometimes. when I flick them on you hear this disorted sound light a bad station on the radio. My head lights come on but the driver side is bright like it should be and the passanger light is very dim.

I know its alot. Any replies are greatly appreciated. thank you!

Possibly a BCM issue.

To just ask the obvious question, you say a lot of lights are dim, the dimmer switch isn't turned down on them is it?

BCM = Body Control Module. Controls most of the electronic functions all together, so that each electronic device didn't need to have its own module.

It's something that needs a special Tech-II scanner, so it's looking like dealership.

Could it be another issue besides BCM?
