Repair help

I have a 2002 that has immense power loss and is running weird. It runs a little better off a cold start but has trouble starting when warm, it starts then almost stalls out then idles fine whenever you give it a little gas. The exhaust used to be much louder and deeper (it’s cut off past the cat) and now it just just like a Libranian shhhhhhing you.
