I bought this car with an unknown parasitic draw. It was traced to the ECM/TCM fuse in the under hood fuse box. The draw is about 500 ma. Both modules contribute about 250 ma each. Can I assume that something is keeping them alive? I can pull the fuse and the draw goes to zero. I can watch the draw go down in stages as various items go to sleep then level off at that 500 ma level. They both stay above ambient when hit with an infrared.

I'm at a loss on what to look for next. I don't have a way to look at CAN bus data.
