Im going to buy a 1984 monte carlo ss, The car's ECM i was told is currently disconnected from the carb, Does this effect the engines performance in any way, what kind of reaction does the car make while the ECM is diconnected in difference to being installed. Is it a needed feature? Also while im here, What other issues do monte carlo's have that i should be aware of when looking at this car?
