6th Gen ('00-'05): Driver side blows warmer air then passenger..NOT AN ACTUATOR PROBLEM

Default Driver side blows warmer air then passenger..NOT AN ACTUATOR PROBLEM

Hello every one im new here on the forum and am in need of help i have an 01 Monte Carlo ss and the driver side ac blows at around 75°f (outside temp) and the passenger goes to around 60° witch doesnt seem like much but feels drasticly different i have read a few articles and after nearly every one said to replace the actuator i had replaced both the passenger side and the driver side actuator taking nearly my whole front dash assembly apart i was very frustrated to find this was not the issue both of them blow hot air and the temperature both get lower please help me!

Have you checked vacuum at the actuators?
At the HVAC Module?
Could be the HVAC module itself.

Mines was doing this and j just simply recharged the system with ac pro and bam both side blows cold. But this does mean you have a leak sonewhere
