Im trying to figure out what is wrong with my 2002 chevrolet monte carlo ss. The heater, driver information center, and cruise control will not come on. Sometimes it will while im driving but its off more than it is on.

One thing you can do that's relatively cheap, ... is ... buy a Spray Can of Electrical Contact Cleaner.
Pull one fuse at a time.
Spray a shot at both of the fuse holding contacts in the fuse panel.
Spray a bit on a sheet of paper towel and wipe the fuse ends before replacing the fuse.

Do every fuse and relay on the whole car.
