it it's self is the bolt, the inside is the nut, you should be able to find the torx bit to fit it and tighten it up, just make sute you get it ligned up

you'll probably have to get the plate also which is on the inside of the body, it can be accessed by removing the interior panel
Dixie doesn't have any, you should be able to get one from any G-body could probably get them from a junk yard
