7th Gen ('06-'07): Doesn't run correct

We'll need a lot more info to be of any help. When you're talking a custom swap, theres a myriad of potentials depending how it was done.
Let's at least start with the basics- what year is the car? I see you say 3.4, but its also tagged as a 06-07 thread and the two are mutually exclusive.
What year is the engine and what is it out of? Did it run OK before the swap?
Who did the swap?
What wire harness was used? Was it modified?
What pcm was used? Was it tuned?
What exactly is the issue - a flashing check engine light? Do you have a scan tool to read sensors data?
